Please, please, please don't take your car here. They've had my car for days and all I keep hearing is we need more time and as of now I have no answers and a $800 bill. I tried to get a statement of what has all been done, wouldn't give me that. I asked how much more will this cost and I was told whatever the front desk quoted me. I said that we've already gone past the time quoted, so the mechanic said "well, then it will be more". I asked should I take my car to another mechanic? His response "you can do whatever you want". This place is shady...do not go there.

Typical mechanic. They did the alternator, which we needed. But they gave us quotes for things they said were “urgent” which were of course unnecessary. Transmission fluid, coolant, etc. were all done 6 months ago. The battery was done less than 2 years ago but just to be sure we took it to an auto store to be tested. Lo and behold, the battery is fine and should be good for 2 to 4 more years…

ONB exceeded my expectations! My son's car was broken into, window smashed and the ignition pulled apart. They got the car in quickly, dealt with our insurance and communicated everything along the way. Some repair items weren't easy to find but instead of being content to wait for parts to become available they did a thorough search and had the parts shipped so we could get the car back quickly for the amount they originally quoted. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I tore my oil Pan and had my car serviced to replace it because I was going to be driving across the country from Washington to North Carolina and I in the middle of my drive ran out of oil which is something that has never happened in the 4000 miles that I've put on that car and this was less than a 1000 miles into drive so I don't know what they did but I know they didn't do it right. Now I have a hole in my engine block and I don't even know if I'm going to be able to get my car fixed.
